Stranded On The Road
Stranded On The Road is a satirical cautionary tale presented in the form of a graphic novel. It is a comic tale of a young woman's unintentional journey through a desert, over the course of a three-day holiday weekend. Petra is the woman and Peter, her male counterpart, is the man she hopelessly desires. As events take perilous turns for the worse, Peter and Petra's impulsive natures prove, that they truly were meant for each other.

The idea of the audio CD for Stranded On The Road was conceived of as Eileen was creating rough drafts of the book. New to composing music, Eileen watched on as her husband Jim created songs in GarageBand. It seemed like so much fun that she decided to experiment in GarageBand too. The songs Eileen created highlight key scenes of the book. The last song was created by Jim's band Croiners for the closing credits of the book. The end result is a playful and quirky soundtrack to accompany the two editions of the artists' books.
